  1.. Board will vote to approve/disapprove the minutes of the May 12, 2009 meeting.
 

  2.. Board will vote to approve/disapprove opening the Annual Town Meeting warrant to remove Article #17 relative to the acceptance of the following streets or portions thereof: Ousamequin Road Extension, Theresa Terrace, Adams Lane and Porter Farm Road.
 

  3.. Board will vote to approve/disapprove opening the Special Town Meeting warrant to remove Articles #18 and #19 relative to the transfer of funds within the Fire Department budget.
 

  4.. Board will vote to approve/disapprove the opening of the Special Town Meeting warrant to change Article #20 relative to the transfer of funds within the Fire Department budget: The sum of $9000 contained therein is to be changed to $4000.

5.         Economic Development Committee – monthly meetings on 1st Wednesday
